CHIMERA Specification

Below is a copy of the IS-AGT-100A signal specification for an L1C security overlay. This specification includes descriptions of both slow and fast channel authentication. The new TESLA variant (IS-IGT-101) is also included here. Also below are copies of some of my papers on this topic as well as the 2017 ION paper on CHIMERA. Finally, I've included a copy of my presentation to the PNT Advisory Board given on 6 June 2019.
